TYM #3

A year ago today I started doing this blog. I wanted to write more, and introduce people to some new bands that they hadn't heard of. So I started a music blog. It's been great doing it, and I intend for it to continue for the forseeable future.

Anyway, to celebrate a year of Take Your Medicine, 250 posts and over 250,000 hits I've recorded a "Best of" podcast with 8 of my favourite tracks of the past year.

Here's some of the things I plan for the future:

- Loads of interviews with bands - as I'm becoming one of the editors for the entertainment supplement for the student paper I can start meeting some excellent bands and telling you all about it

- Better gig photos of every band I go to see

- More live tracks - exclusive TYM sessions!

- TYM branded T-shirts/ Mugs/ Stickers

- More podcasts with an increasingly diverse range of music

- A record label (I'm thinking way into the future)
